All orders must be paid-in-full at the time of order.

Merchandise process and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.  Any typographic, photographic, descriptive, or pricing error is subject to correction.

Any return request must be completed within 14 days upon receipt of shipment.

All returned items must be in new condition with all orginal packaging and labels attached.

No refunds are granted for any shipments which are refused at the time of delivery.

All apparel, closeout, special priced, or overstocked items are not eligible for return or exchange.  All sales of those listed items are final.

Prior to return to CORETAC, you must contact us through email or telephone to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  The RAN must be placed on the top of the return shipment.  No returns will be accepted without a RAN.

Any order returned to CORETAC due to no error or fault of CORETAC will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All orders are shipped via ground transport.

All shipments to FPO, APO, and P.O. Boxes are shipped using the United States Postal Service.

CORETAC does not currently ship Outside continental United States (OCONUS).

CORETAC is not responsible for lost, stolen. or damaged packages.
