CORETAC

CORETAC was developed to further the understanding of performance in the field of tactics.  CORETAC serves as a resource for companies who desire assistance in product development.  CORETAC also provides instruction in numerous subject matters related to law enforcement and military tactics.

CORETAC comes from the phrase, "core tactics," which is our belief that success in the tactical environment comes from a solid foundation in knowledge of information, competancy of skill sets, and ability to execute.  These core tactics and abilities are the basis of all others.

Executive Director-
James H.
  James is a veteran officer of a major southern California law enforcement agency. 
  James has extensive experience working in challenging assignments including crime suppression, acting Senior Lead Officer, Field Training Officer, Mobile Field Force Assistant Squad Leader, and Gunfire Suppression Team Assistant Squad Leader. 
  James has extensive experience in training law enforcement officers in the Academy and in-service (post graduation) subjects. 
  Involved in teaching tactics since 1999, James is currently assigned as a Team Leader in the Tactics Unit

  Instructor-C has extensive operational experience as a Rifle Team Leader and Sergeant in the United States Army Rangers (2nd Batt).  Deployed to operations in Afghanistan and twice to Iraq, Instructor-C is currently a full-time police officer in a major southern California law enforcement agency.

  Instructor-R served as a Tactical Medic on a Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) Team.  Instructor-R has published numerous articles on the subject of tactical medicine and is as an instructor to the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) and a state tactical team association.
