All items listed as having properties or capabilities related to Infrared (IR) or thermal imaging are restricted from export outside of the United States.

All purchases must be authorized prior to shipment.  Only authorized law enforcement and military personnel with proof of employment are allowed to purchase products in this category.  Former, retired, or personnel separated from their agency or military branch are not eligible to purchase products from this category.  No sales will be completed with any non-United States citizens or with any company not headquartered in the United States.

CORETAC complies with all regulations and restrictions set by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130).  Customers of these products will be required to sign an additional waiver and acknowledgement that these items are not intended for export, sales, transfer, loan, or use by any foreign person whether abroad or inside the United States.  This restriction includes any Foreign Embassy located in the United States.  The customer is responsible for the use of this product and for obtaining any appropriate export authorization or license from the United States Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

CORETAC does not engage in any transaction, training, assistance in technical advisement, or development of any products which relate to the illegal export or re-export of restricted products, technological capabilities, or intellectual properties.

CORETAC does not currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO locations.  CORETAC also does not ship any items outside of the continental United States (OCONUS).

CORETAC reserves the right to inquire of the identity of the end user, the nature of the end use, and the country of ultimate destination of any product from this category of equipment.
